Steve has 40+ years’ experience of driving growth and profitability for technology and IT service firms globally. He joined the Karlson business as board director in 2008 to drive growth through proposition, marketing and sales development. After completing a successful exit in March 2020, he co-founded the Aura Futures businesses, shaping value proposition, running marketing, channel and enterprise sales functions.

Steve has a proven track record in crafting go-to-market strategies, spearheading international expansions, and executing high-impact sales and marketing initiatives to build lasting relationships with blue-chip clients. He’s well-known and respected for his prowess in building high-performing teams, negotiating complex 3/5 year enterprise deals, and leading successful exits.
